How to cook Baked eggs ?

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 5-6 medium-sized mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp milk or cream
  • 80 g grated cheese
  • 4 tbsp chopped boiled chicken
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh greens
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt, ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Mushrooms cut into pieces, mix with chicken meat and a half cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Portions molds for baking grease with oil, in each place equal amount of mushroom with the chicken, pour each
portion 1 tablespoon of milk or cream. In each mold beat an egg, pour over remaining milk and sprinkle the remaining cheese.
3. Put the dishes into a deep baking tray, pour in hot water so that it reached the middle of the tins, place in oven.
Bake at 200 C for 10-15 minutes. Serve, sprinkled with herbs.

NOTE:

1. Baking eggs — a process a few more long, than boiling or frying, you need preheat the oven.
