Bananadate shake

Ingredients:

Almond milk1 Cup,
Ice – 0.5 cups,
Frozen banana – 1 PC.,
Walnuts1 handful,
Dates2-4 PCs.,
Flax seeds – 2 tbsp.

Preparation:

Place all in a powerful blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with nuts and lemon zest.
