Ingredients for 4 servings:

– 400 g broccoli,

– 3 eggs,

– 100 g tomatoes ,

– 2 cloves of garlic,

– 60ml olive oil,

– 30 ml balsamic vinegar,

– 20 ml lemon juice,

– parsley,

– Basil and dill,

Method of preparation:

 

1. Cabbage disassemble on inflorescences, dipped in boiling salted water, cook for about 6 minutes, then carefully remove with a slotted spoon and drain in a colander.

2. Cook hard-boiled eggs, cool and cut into small pieces, tomato slices, garlic slices.

3. Dill and Basil rinse and together with tomatoes, eggs and broccoli put in a salad bowl or deep plate.

4. Lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil to combine, pour the obtained dressing the salad, add the mixture of peppers, salt and let stand.
