Cheese and ham appetizer
Solid grated cheese – 300 grams;
Ham -250 grams;
Tomato – 1/2 pieces;
Paprika (I marinated) – ½ pieces
Greens (dill, parsley) – 1 bunch;
Gelatin – 20 g;
Water for soaking gelatin– 80 ml;
Garlic – 2 cloves.
1.Gelatin pour warm water when swell, heat until dissolved. If there are grains – strain through a fine sieve.
2.Mix grated cheese, pressed garlic and dissolved gelatin to divide the mass into 3 parts. In the first part add finely chopped tomatoes and peppers, in the second part, finely chopped herbs , in the third part – finely chopped ham.
3.Put 3 components parts in layers in a bowl lined with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Use on a sandwich to spice up Breakfast.
