How to cook Chicken balls in yogurt?

Ingredients:

● Chicken fillet 500 g
● Onion 75 g
● Egg 50 g
● Garlic 12 g
● Fat-free yogurt 200 ml
● Low fat cheese 150 g

Preparation:

Chicken fillet lightly beat off and finely chop, then add finely shinkovanny onion, salt, pepper to taste, add whipped into foam egg and mix well. In a baking dish pour a bit of yogurt. From the cooked mass to form small balls and put them into shape. Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: cheese to RUB on a small grater, squeeze in the garlic and mix with yogurt. Remove the form with the meat balls from the oven, pour the filling each ball and again put in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
