Chicken salad “Heart”


600 g boiled chicken breast,
500 g mushrooms,
4 eggs (boiled in steep),
3 pieces of boiled potatoes,
2 PCs onions,
1 used canned pineapple,
the mayonnaise.

For decoration:

cherry tomatoes,
pomegranate seeds,
hard cheese,


1. Mushrooms and onions chop and fry in vegetable oil.

2. Potatoes and eggs RUB on a large grater – everything separately.

3. Meat and pineapples cut into small cubes.

4. Put the salad in a heart shape on a flat salad bowl layers ,each layer coat with mayonnaise:
1 layer – mushrooms,
2 layer – potatoes primalenny,
3 layer – chicken breast,
4 layer – eggs,
5th layer – pineapple,
6 layer – grated cheese.

5. Decorate the salad with cherry tomatoes and pomegranate seeds.
