Chicken sausage homemade


– 500 g chicken meat (chicken breast),
– 3 cloves of garlic,
– 200 ml cream,
– 2 egg whites,
– 1 tsp salt,
– 1 tsp ground sweet paprika,
– black pepper,
– spices and herbs (to taste).


1. Chicken mince.2. Crush the garlic and add to the minced chicken. Then add in the minced chicken cream, egg whites and spices and knead very well to obtain a homogeneous mass.

First option:
1. To share the minced chicken in foil and wrap and twist the ends.

2. On top of the foil wrap with several layers of cling film and tie the ends of the string so that water has not penetrated.

3 Put in a pan filled with water so that the water covered the sausage and cook for 30-40 minutes.

4. Remove from water and cool.

5. To put home cooked sausage in the refrigerator overnight.
