Cold cucumber soup

Ingredients:

kefir 500-600 ml
cucumber 2 PCs
herbs (cilantro, green onion, parsley, dill, etc) 1 bunch
garlic 1-2 cloves
salt, ground pepper

Preparation:

1. Cucumbers cut into cubes.
2. Garlic peel and crush, mix with salt.
3. Greens chop, mix with cucumbers. Add the garlic with salt and pepper. Pour the cold buttermilk. You can even add ice.
Serve in soup cold.
