How to cook Diet chicken with Basil?

Ingredients:

● 1 chicken fillet
● 3-4 leaves Basil
● 2 tomatoes
● 1/4 sweet bell pepper
● 2 cloves of garlic
● salt
● ground black pepper
● paprika

Preparation:

1. Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes and blanch in a little water for 2-3 minutes.
2. Tomatoes pour over boiling water, peel, add to the pepper and to extinguish 15-20 minutes.
3. In the resulting sauce add the garlic, passed through chesnokodavku, paprika, chopped Basil leaves, salt, pepper, stir and bring to a boil.
4. Cut chicken into serving slices, season with salt and pepper and fry on the grill without oil or on a dry pan on both sides until cooked.
5. On a platter of roasted slices of chicken and pour their tomato sauce with Basil.
