How to cook Granola?

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of rolled oats
  • 1/3 Cup wheat germ
  • 1/3 Cup wheat, oat or rye bran
  • 1/4 Cup coconut
  • 1 Cup chopped nuts (you can mix different varieties)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. 1 Mix all the dry ingredients.
  2. 2 stir the honey with the butter, pour the mixture into the dry part,
    mix.
  3.  Put the mass evenly on a baking sheet, with a parchment or baking Mat.
  4. Bake at 160 C for 20-25 minutes, stirring the granola every 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Cool, store in the refrigerator in a jar with a tight-fitting  cover.
