Pork. Very tasty
1. pork (you can take a piece with skin and subcutaneous fat) – 1-2 kg.
2. mayonnaise – 3-4 tbsp,
3. garlic – 2-3 cloves ,
4. spices to taste (I used rosemary, fennel seeds, Bay leaf and ground black pepper) ,
1. Soak the pork in the salt solution (3-4 tbsp in 1 liter of water) and leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours (can be left on all night).
2. Remove the meat from brine and RUB the spices. I used susany rosemary, fennel seeds, Bay leaf and ground black pepper.
3. Nashpigovat the meat with the garlic, to do this, cut the garlic in thin, thin sharp knife, pierce the pork deep inside and insert a plate of garlic in the resulting otwarcia.
4. In fireproof dish, put a large piece of foil, and prepared meat on it. Cover the meat on top of a thin layer of mayonnaise (I used quick homemade mayonnaise) and wrap the meat with foil.
5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees. In my case fillet weighing 1.6 kg baked for exactly 2 hours. For 15-25 minutes before end of baking, I recommend to open the foil to the upper part of the fillet became ruddy.
