Salad of green beans with eggs


400 g green beans
4 eggs
1-2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tablespoon butter
sour cream to taste


1. Boil hard-boiled eggs and cover with cold water.
2. Clean and chop the green beans. Boil the water, salt to taste, add the beans and boil until desired tenderness (about 5-10 minutes). Rinse the cooked beans in a colander under cold running tap water.
3. Heat in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat, add green beans and sauté with butter for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Put roasted beans in a salad bowl, squeeze garlic on top.
5. Peel the eggs and chop them into a salad bowl with beans.
6. Salt to taste, then add some sour cream and stir.
