Salad “White Swan”


200 g of chicken meat
– 2 potatoes
head bow
pickled cucumber
3 eggs
– 400 g mayonnaise
salt – to taste


1. Boil potatoes “in uniform”, cool, peel, cut into small cubes. Salt.
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Cucumber cut into cubes.
4. Poultry boil, cool, finely chop.
5. Boil eggs, cool, peel and finely chop.
6. In a salad bowl put layers: potatoes, chicken, onions, cucumber, eggs. Each layer of grease with mayonnaise.
7. The top of the salad, sprinkle with grated protein and garnish with greens.
