How to cook Sandwiches with egg pate and avocado?

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs,
  • 100 g natural yogurt,
  • 1 tsp lemon juice,
  • 1 tsp mustard,
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey,
  • 1 avocado,
  • 2 hamburger buns or 4 slices of bread,
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs,
  • 2 small pickled cucumber or 2 tsp capers (optional),
  • 4-6 leaves of green salad (optional),
  • salt, ground black pepper to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Eggs finely chop or grate on a coarse grater.
  2. Gherkins (or capers), if you use them, finely slice.
  3. Mix the yogurt with lemon juice, mustard and sugar.
  4. Mix the eggs with the chopped herbs, pickles (capers) and dressing, add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Avocado cut into slices.
  6. Buns (or bread) fry on a dry pan or in the oven.

Put the pate, then put the slices of avocado.

Optionally garnish with tomato slices and greens.
