Zucchini fritters classic

Ingredients (2 servings):

The young zucchini 1 piece,
Wheat flour 3 tablespoons,
Eggs 2 pieces,
Ground black pepper to taste,
Salt to taste,
Vegetable oil 70 g.


1. In a deep bowl beat the eggs, a little pepper and salt and gently whisk.2. Zucchini wash, dry and grate on a coarse grater (if the zucchini is not a young — be sure to cut off the rough outer peel and remove seeds).3. Add grated zucchini to egg mixture and stir. Add the flour and mix well again.

4. Fry the fritters in oil over medium heat until Golden brown.
